Our Beginning
In 2016, we got our start as a career counselling and development consultancy firm, stemming from our name “FALAK TAYYEB – meaning YOUR GOOD OMEN”, where we designed and conducted innovative initiatives and interventions to establish creative and evidence-based capacity building programs aiming at changing the lives of youth and women in local communities through training and mentoring them along their career journey starting by improving the way of thinking and problem solving, going through comprehensive career development training program, and ending by preparing them for job interviews and conducting potential job matching sessions and job placement. At Falak Tayyeb, we believe (Falak Tayyeb – Your Good Omen) is achieved and being possible by providing our clients and beneficiaries with skills, knowledge and tools that eventually should change their lives positively.
