She is a Certified Trainer with the Arab Trainers Union and with the Jordanian Trainers Association, and has more than 20 years of experience in of management consulting and training in International trade and business, occupational safety at the workplace, safety and health management, OSHA International industrial safety standards, organizational leadership, time management, problem solving and decision making, team work and collaboration, work procedure simplification, strategic planning and management, organizational transformation and stress management, organizational culture, and customer service & etiquette skills.
Ms. Samhouri has also a long experience of 30 years in working for the public sector (Social Security Corporation). She acted as a directorate manager for different departments. She has also a cutting-edge experience in Excellence models and strategic planning for governmental service sector, work injuries and work injuries coding.
